Office Manager and Executive Assistant
Job Location: Based in our HQ office in Bollington, Cheshire, UK, with the ability and willingness to travel as required to deliver to clients.
9-month contract with potential for extension
The Role
Your specific activities will include providing a full PA and administrative support service to the Managing Director and senior team members, alongside ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This includes the management and filing of expense claims, travel organisation and diary management. The role will involve contact with a wide range of internal and external contacts, ensuring effective meetings management and supporting and implementing internal systems and procedures. The role also includes the responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office environment and championing a positive environment, including organising employee events, implementing office procedures and the preparation of meeting minutes for key team meetings.
About you
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Office Manager and Executive PA with proven high-level competency in Microsoft Office to provide support specifically to the Managing Director and more broadly within the wider office environment.
