Are you a highly organised Office Manager, who would thrive in a busy office?
As Office Manager you will be at the heart of the business and will bring the level of organisation needed to help run a successful Domiciliary Care Company.
The role and responsibilities:
- To support the Registered Manager to remain compliant with Care Inspectorate regulations (CQC) and Quality Assurance inspections (Local Authority, Home Office etc.)
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with Carers and Office Staff
- To support the Registered Manager to promote and grow the business ensuring a sufficient number of staff at all times
- To support the team in covering annual leave and absences
- To monitor and review the care provided and to monitor quality assurance
- Support creating staff rotas and preparing cover when required
- Liaise with local authorities, GP’s, OT’s and District Nurses as well as other medical professionals
- Liaise with service users and their families
- Completion of staff supervisions and appraisals
- Completion of audits and spot checks
- Create personalised care plans and risk assessments
Skills Needed:
- Strong on Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong Emailing skills
- Experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can deal with multiple issues and prioritise important tasks accordingly
- Experience in the care or health sector would be an advantage but not essential for the right candidate

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
