We are a progressive organisation that has grown considerably over the last 17 years and are planning continued growth over the next 5 years.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee operations from our Head Office in South Essex.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. His or her primary responsibilities will be to supervise daily operations, oversee all office activities, including line management duties.
The ideal candidate must have a background in Office / Administrative Management, great organisational skills and enjoy working in a quick-paced environment. Supervisory experience in an office / administration setting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Direct, manage and supervise office workers
- Conduct personnel evaluations of the office workers
- Oversee the administrative functions of the business
- Relationship management of key contracts / suppliers
- Support administrative duties within the office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
