Job Description:
Provide administrative support to assist administrators, faculty, and staff within Brightpoint’s academic divisions. Work within established policies and procedures to perform a variety of administrative support activities to include assisting with the daily operations and management of office activities and tasks, maintaining the schedule of classes, answering and screening inquiries from students and the general public, maintaining office records, preparing and maintaining adjunct contracts/records, using budget/requisition system, managing projects, and maintaining databases. Interact with other departments within the College. Work at either the Chester or Midlothian Campus, which is subject to change depending upon the needs of the College. Be willing to work both day and evening shifts, as needed.
- All full-time classified employees new to the Commonwealth of Virginia will serve a 12-month probationary period.
