As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for another Client Account Manager to join the Clinical Trial Drug Sourcing Client Account Management Team.

The Role:
In this role you are responsible for driving revenue through managing and growing existing client accounts. The core of this Client Account Manager position is to work hand-in-hand with our clients’ clinical trial drug requirements and develop supply strategies, timelines, and plans to meet their requirements.
Internal stakeholder management is vital, as this role will see you working with our Procurement Team to identify the best sourcing solutions and present them to the clients, as well as working with a variety of internal teams to ensure the projects are completed efficiently and effectively by developing and implementing effective client management processes and coordinating service delivery with other company functions.

About You:
To be our new Client Account Manager, you’ll need:
- Experience in Clinical Supplies, specifically in a client-facing role
- Excellent attention to detail and focus
- A proactive approach to both internal and external communication
