Graduate Analyst

Our graduate scheme will give you real hands-on experience as you rotate around our small approachable teams. As part of the program, you’ll have access to training opportunities throughout as well as a client-facing work, with unparalleled exposure to the treasury departments of over 60 banking institutions. What you’ll be doing:
· First 6 months: You’ll
· Work with our product analysts to understand our software solutions in detail. This will involve studying product documentation, attending training and feature refinement sessions.
· Identify areas of improvement and suggest new features or enhancements.
· Ensure that new developments are of the highest quality and that the benefits are communicated to our clients.
· For 6-12 months: You’ll
· Work with the Support and Experience team to develop your understanding of Bank Treasury Management.
· Provide support to our customers to deliver maximum value of the software and embed processes within their organisations.
· Assist in delivering training and webinars covering ALM, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity and Capital Adequacy and Treasury Management.
· For 12-18 months: You’ll
· Join the Implementation and Client Services Team to provide support on client projects.
· Implement our software products and build processes for new customers and new entrant banks.
· Provide on-site client services, working with banking institutions to optimise their regulatory banking operations.
· 18-24 months: You’ll
· Permanently join one of the above teams and lead on their specific projects.
What we’re looking for:
· You’ll hold a degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject e.g. Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Mathematics
· You’ll be interested in developing a career in fintech.
· You’ll have a demonstrable strong problem-solving ability and a passion for improving inefficient processes.
· You’ll be able to logically share your views and challenge colleagues when something doesn’t seem right.
· You’ll be familiar with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
· You’ll have an interest to learn about the banking system and how banking institutions manage their financial risks.
· You’ll be an enthusiastic, articulate, and an intelligent self-starter in your approach to work.
· You’ll be passionate about doing quality work.
Any experience of the following would be a bonus:
· Advanced Excel knowledge
· Experience working with databases
· Experience using SQL
