Your Mission

Libra Careers is a launchpad for undergrads and recent grads into the innovative world of start-ups. You’ll take part in a one-week training programme to ensure you’re ready for an agile and fast-paced start-up environment, with modules covering everything from managing clients and conflict, to presenting, problem solving, and productivity. We'll have top guest speakers from some of the best start-ups in the UK, so you'll always get current and up-to-date knowledge to help you succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- This a unique opportunity to secure a job in one of the UK's top start-ups.
- You'll join our one-week training programme equipping you with the skills to secure multiple job offers.
- After securing your offer, you'll receive 6 months of mentoring to help accelerate your career.
- You will work directly with founders or senior leaders, and will be supported to lead on all aspects of Marketing, Community, Operations, Commercial and Data.
In your training you will:
- Perfect your CV and interview technique.
- Learn skills like negotiation, budgeting, presenting, marketing fundamental and data analysis from industry experts.
- Network with founders and senior leaders at exciting start-ups.
- Discover a diverse range of rolls and opportunities as companies pitch to you directly.
- Secure an offer from one of the UK's top start ups.
Candidates are hired into a diverse range of start-up jobs. Regardless of the position you are offered you will:

Work with senior leaders to define and work towards business goals.
- Create networks both internally and externally to further business development.
- Hold a high level of autonomy and accountability within a fast-paced environment.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute across core areas like growth and talent.
- Gain management and leadership opportunities.
- Be available for any customer queries and resolve in a timely manner.
- Set, agree, implement and deliver the companies operational, marketing, commercial or data strategy.

Training

Pairing
You’ll be interviewed by a range of potential employers and paired with a start-up. All candidates will be pitched by the start-ups with most receiving offers during the course. -
Onboarding
From day one in your new role, you’ll be allocated a mentor, who will be on hand to support you during your first six months. You’ll also benefit from a community of like-minded graduates, who’ll offer ongoing peer-to-peer learning opportunities and social support.
