FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
INTERNATIONAL BRAND. 4 STAR HOTEL. STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION.
We are on the search for an experienced Front Office Manager to join a stunning hotel, part of a famous international brand. The hotel is located in a stunning 16th century manor, with a restaurant, a bar, a fully serviced spa, and one of the most popular golf courses in UK.

What you’ll get up to?
As Front Office Manager you will:
· Be responsible for the whole Front Office Team and lead by example
· Prioritise guest safety and satisfaction.
· Play a key role in training and developing the team.
· Be a point of contact between different departments, particularly Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations.
· Attend sales strategy meeting to support in delivering hotel financial performance.
Your DNA.
· Previous experience as Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager.
· Passionate about training and developing the team.
· Guest experience focused.
