An exciting opportunity has arisen as we continue to grow our family run business in Ruddington. We are now looking for an experienced Clinic Office Manager to be the heart of our clinic, where you will be the go-to person to ensure the effective running of the practice. You will work closely with the Practice Director and oversee not only the running of the clinic but our fantastic team of receptionists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all relevant protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as careful accounting skills in both accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the Clinic Manager will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic
- People management, providing guidance and support to employees
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage employee schedules and payroll
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Monitor patient satisfaction surveys
- Ad hoc activities as required to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
Experience:
- People management, ability to lead others
- Office Management
- Basic account management / budgetary
- Excellent IT skills – spreadsheets, word processing, email, data entry
- Customer service / reception duties
- Good working knowledge of office and reception routines and practices
- Basic marketing and social media
- Diary management
Skills:

- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure, setting own deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications, including ability to create and maintain spreadsheets

- 18 hour per week with flex to increase
- Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum FTE
