Envireau Water is looking for an Office Manager to join their growing Business Support Team. This a full time, permanent role based in the office in Stirling, Scotland.
In this collaborative role, you will join our business support team at the heart of the consultancy’s operation, ensuring a smooth and vibrant work environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Manage systems and procedures throughout the company and deliver changes where required.
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the execution and promotion of company events.
- Management of internal quality systems and safety compliance activities; by undertaking internal audits and representing the business at external audits.
- Manage and maintain company documentation, including the companies Project Information Management system.
- Site management and maintenance including buildings, office equipment, computer systems (external maintenance contractor), phones fixed and mobile, etc.
- Ensure effective operation of IT systems in conjunction with our outside contractors.
- Conduct project administration duties, such as invoicing, vendor management, procurement, and stakeholder liaison when required.
- Local HR management with support from RSK HR department, including recruitment, onboarding of new employees, disciplinary issues, medicals, staff development plans, employee contracts, liaison with sub-consultants etc.
- To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability.

- A valid full UK driving licence.
The Package
- A salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 with a higher salary potentially negotiable.
- Performance based individual bonus scheme.
- Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week within Monday to Friday. Flexibility is available with start and finish times as well as office location.
