A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Role

An experienced, confident and proactive Project Manager to manage end to end workflow for all retained Team Red production briefs. You will have day-to-day contact with our agency partners and work closely with the creative team to implement advertising campaigns across digital, print and social, in the U.K. market, or a high street tech retailer. The Project Manager will be a key member of Team Red, with your key client being the associated Account Manager and Account Executives within our Agency partner. You will have day to day responsibility for all aspects of project delivery and will work closely with extended Hogarth network resources (incl London, Bucharest and Chennai) for omnichannel production services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all briefs (across channels) from design to production and delivery, collaborating with creative teams, developers and media agencies.
  • Actively working to improve processes and client relationships and maintaining a full overview of all work going through the team and ensuring full ownership
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brands and local market requirement Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Attend regular meetings with local account and production teams
  • Build strong relationships with media agencies and work closely with them to execute campaigns.
  • Manage agreed budgets, reports and administration
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of content production, processes and best practices across digital, print and social
  • Experience of working in a digital/content production role is desirable
  • Ability to think outside the box and proactively make recommendations to clients
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets and strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential
  • Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of multinational brand challenges

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

The Project Manager will be based at our Sea Containers House office in London and report into a Senior Project Manager and Project Director.
