Job description
We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, articulate, and confident Office Manager, based at a world renown multinational investment bank and financial services company located in the City of London.
The Office Manager will report directly to the Head of Client Services but will still be very much a part of the operations team. This is a pivotal role between the Guest Services, Conference Services and Events operations at our client’s site.
The Office Manager position requires a multifaceted, hands-on candidate who has strong experience in all areas of administration. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Client Services in meeting the key performance indicators and obligations across the contract.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, natural team player with a keen eye for detail. They will be confident to coordinate and liaise between different departments, as well as providing general office management support, especially in the areas of HR and payroll
Applicants must also be able to work independently, managing their own time and workload to meet all deadlines and achieving the contractual SLA's. A flexible approach to work and an open mind will also benefit the successful candidate.
It is essential that candidates have excellent IT skills, especially working with Microsoft office products and an excellent command of the English language through all mediums.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
