The opportunity
Project: A series of remediation projects comprising infrastructure, fabric to existing laboratory and research facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to project director and/or programme manager.
Maintaining project team absence tracker to including annual leave, training, sickness, working from home etc.
Assisting project managers in the day-to-day management of project admin ensuring project folders are maintained to the required standards and structure on Microsoft Teams.
Assisting the construction manager with administration of EHS data and reporting to include safety observation cards, safety inspections (GEMBA’s), monthly working hours etc.
Forming team training matrix and maintain up to date records.
Managing day to day office activities liaising with the project team to achieve project goals.
Organising internal meetings and arranging presentations, documents, equipment and refreshments as required.
Recording minutes from internal meetings and ensure action tracker is updated and maintained.
Screening telephone calls, messages, correspondence and documentation and deal where appropriate
Issuing and dealing with confidential documents and staff issues where appropriate.
Arranging travel and itineraries for GSK team where required.
Representing the company in a presentable and professional manner.
Coordinating Office moves, ordering stationary and PPE where required.
