POSITION: Senior Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
Senior Customer Service Specialist Position provides quality customer service and mentoring new employees involving many tasks.
Required Licenses, or Certifications
A valid SC driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
Effective computer and communication skills are required, such as keying deeds, Deed refiling, Keymapping turnarounds, and backup Customer Service Attendant. Applicants must have the ability to assist customers professionally and courteously, whether it’s face-to-face, by email, or over the telephone.
Applicants must be able to operate standard office equipment such as a calculator, copier, and facsimile machines.
The position requires attention to detail and candidates must be able to type, create, and edit reports as needed, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. All activities must comply with state law.
