Job Description: Board Administrator
As our Paid Media Buyer, you will be instrumental in leveraging the power of Google and social platforms to drive our brand's growth. Your primary focus will be on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging social media channels. Through strategic budget allocation, creative testing, and in-depth analysis, you'll aim to attract and convert subscription customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Buying:
- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns, primarily on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and PR teams to align paid strategies with overarching business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Work within CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margin and CAC Payback Targets
- Ensure optimal ROI on all media spend monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Allocate and adjust budgets based on performance metrics, ensuring maximum ROI.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance, producing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Monitor trends and adopt new social platforms as they emerge and become relevant to our audience.
Creativity and Asset Creation:
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad content is compelling, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
- Test and recommend iterations on creative strategies to determine high-performing content.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, new features, and best practices in the paid space, ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
You are/have:

- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in both paid social and Google media buying, a plus if you have experience in subscription-based products or services.
- Demonstrated success in driving performance
- Deep familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of each social media platform's advertising tools and algorithms.
- Proficient in ad management tools like Google shopping, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ad Platform, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable diving into data to derive insights and optimizations.
- Things move quickly here. You’ll need to be a fast learner, innovative and have the ability to think outside of the box. Strategical sense and a cool head in pressurized situations are also priorities for any applicant.
- You’ll be a team player and eager to get stuck in whatever the challenge.
- A self-starter who is well-organized, able to manage your own diary, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
