The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Sandringham Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational Office Manager to lead our administration team and contribute to the highly efficient and effective running of our school.
Sandringham Primary School is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which currently comprises of: 9 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, Willow Primary School

What we are looking for?
- Experience of working in an office environment, preferably a school setting
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A friendly, flexible and professional approach, particularly when multi-tasking under pressure
- A good working knowledge of office management systems such as Microsoft Word/Excel etc
- A good working knowledge of SIMS, HCSS etc is an advantage but training and support will be provided to the successful applicant
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good understanding of financial procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise workload to ensure all office systems operate efficiently
- A team player who contributes to whole-school improvement
