We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Operations Team!
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Founder of Tech Alchemy. We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious EA who relishes working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be proficient in a number of tools and systems. This is a full-time position based in our London office.
Responsibilities
- Managing our Founders time to ensure his diary is accurate, free from clashes, prioritised and creating space for him to get work done. Anticipating changes and proactively supporting him to keep their plates spinning
- Manage sophisticated calendars using Google Calendar. Tasks include scheduling, vetting, prioritising and providing recommendations for calendar events
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members, ensuring open communication and facilitating the exchange of information
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and project support, as the need arises
- Be a trusted colleague to the leadership team, working confidentiality and with discretion in all matters relating to the team, department and wider business
- Provide backup support to other team members as needed

- Experience working as an EA previously within a fast paced environment.
- You’re resilient and tenacious in your approach to getting things done, you’re not afraid to ask questions and are excited by the opportunity to be involved in a growing organisation.
- Tech-savvy, proficient use of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom and Slack
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
