CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading Global Provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Office Manager for our site based in London.

Role Statement

Provide leadership and management to soft service delivery teams (subcontracted and self-delivered), financial and administrative service teams. Support the Account Manager in their day-to-day duties and cover off their duties in times of planned and unplanned absences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1 Understand, anticipate, and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.

2 Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility, while optimising contract performance.

3 Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently throughout the account.

4 Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard.

5 Able to understand and influence the relative finance reports. Provide knowledge and understanding to coach, train and support others with less experience.

6 Achieve results within quality, time, people and budgetary restraints.

7 Ability to actively drive improvement and perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes.

8 Build a team, ensuring whole team is effectively utilised. Lead the team performance through motivation and winning commitment from them. Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.

9 Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions. Report internally and externally. Give and receive constructive feedback successfully.

10 To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contract.

Skills and qualifications

  • An understanding of maintenance planning.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Effective time management of numeracy, report collation and distribution, data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to challenge the status quo and suggest new ways of doing things to improve performance and practices
  • Strong organisation and communication ability
  • To be an integral part of the team.
