At a glance
This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.
The salary range for this role is set at £ 53,000 to £80,500
Contract type
This position is a Fixed Term for 12 months
About the role
At the John Lewis Partnership, we are at the start of an exciting journey to transform our future Retail Media capability and offering to our Supplier Partners across our Waitrose and John Lewis brands.
Retail Media is a strategic priority for the Partnership and a key enabler of our future growth and transformation. We want to evolve our offering in this space to help deliver more personalised experiences to delight our customers and create compelling and impactful Retail Media propositions for the breadth of exciting and leading brands that we work with.
To deliver against this ambition, we need to accelerate our Retail Media maturity and curate and develop a market-leading and differentiated portfolio of propositions across the JLP portfolio. The purpose of this role is to lead ownership of a single channel or group of Retail Media Propositions, defining the value proposition and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Commercial, Data and Product to align on the roadmap and strategy to deliver and evolve the capability to meet the Partnership growth ambitions.
Essential Skills
Significant experience in developing and innovating brand or retail propositions
Relevant experience working in a brand and marketing team for a Supplier, Retailer or Agency
Experience working with complex projects and managing multiple Stakeholders
Evidence in strong written and verbal communication
Experience in insight and analytics
