Great role for a commercially astute and emotionally intelligent individual to join this boutique finance firm as their Office Manager in Mayfair. There is huge scope in this role and they are looking for someone who is keen to learn and grow and who has great interpersonal skills. They are a small team of 15 with ambitious growth plans so this is a great time to join them. This is a newly created role and the must haves are a good head for figures to process the invoices, a natural way with people to help with HR and a super organised and can-do mindset. You will be working with great colleagues who respect and value this role. Super flat structure and a lot of opportunity to get really involved. Ideally you will have some form of Office Management experience already would be beneficial so you can come in and re-negotiate all their supplier contracts.
