Care Assistant responsibilities:
We are a person centred care company covering most of the North Devon postcode area. However, we pride ourselves on keeping our Care Professionals close to home, and on keeping our clients’ care teams as small and consistent as possible. This ensures they receive the continuity they crave.
We devote at least an hour to every client we visit, which means that rather than rushing to get tasks done, we can spend meaningful time with our clients that really makes their day! Each day is different and the tasks you do with the client will vary day to day but could include, assistance with personal care, meal preparation, companionship and accompanying to the shops or appointments.
What is essential is, that you are kind, caring, compassionate and really want to make a difference to someone’s life.
You will receive excellent support and award-winning training, so no experience is necessary, but equally if you do have experience we would also love to meet you too!
