Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative tasks and manage responsibilities to ensure timely performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Main Skills:
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Basic invoicing or bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
