Office and Facilities Manager - London
Up to £40,000 per Annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday role - predominantly 9am until 5pm however flexibility required to support evening events and see all members of the team.
We are seeking a Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team in London.
Your role will be to lead the Office & Facilities services onsite delivering a safe, compliant and pro-active workplace experience for all users. We are dedicated to providing a high-level customer experience within all areas of the Workplace and the Office & Facilities Manager will shape and deliver that experience with the support of the wider team.
You will be fully aware of the service requirements and legislative requirements of the service along with providing a pro-active experience, actively looking for opportunity to enhance the experience for the users.
With the support of your team you will deliver the Office & Facilities services, including but not limited to; Statutory Maintenance (planned and reactive), Cleaning service, Guest & Customer Services, Catering & Hospitality provisions, office administrative support, people management, financial accountability for Office & FM budget, Suppler invoicing, client invoicing and backup, sub-contractor management and control, ad-hoc reports / data collation, management of payroll and attendance records.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in office management ideally within Central London
- An enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a drive & passion for delivering high quality work.
- Passion for excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
- Experience of delivering similar services within a forward-thinking Workplace environment.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Clear and concise thinker and communicator.
- Good IT skills, experience of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience of managing and instructing a team, dealing with challenging HR issues.
- Proactive and flexible approach to customer service and service delivery.
- Available to support and supervise out of hours works as required.
Desirable
- First Aid Trained (we will provide training if required).
- Experience of administering payroll systems.
- Ability to ‘think outside of the box’ and solution a problem without impacting customer experience.
