As part of the role you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to Physical Health Psychology Service which works alongside and closely with the Trust’s Neuropsychology Service. Both teams are welcoming, open-minded, skilled and experienced and enjoy good relationships with colleagues both within the Trust and beyond. You must be able to work pro-actively and on your own initiative with a sound understanding of the business of the Trust and current practices. You must also be able to manage your own workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed correctly, to contribute to the smooth running of the service. You will need to have a flexible approach and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities along with a commitment to your own development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

To provide management of the Physical Health Psychology Administration Team, organising and maintaining the efficient working of admin systems for the service as a whole. To work on own initiative without direct supervision, manage time effectively, prioritise own workload and ensure the department runs smoothly.
