About us:

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team to add valued support the Office Manager and Partners.

Key Objectives:

  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact for clients and other office guestsMeeting room preparation and assistance in hosting meetings
  • Handling incoming calls to Talis affably and efficiently
  • Ensuring all common areas are organised and always presented, and kitchen supplies restocked.
  • Basic diary management, to include internal and external face to face meetings and Zoom calls
  • Assistance with meeting set-up, regular co-ordination of conference (audio & video) calls and management of reservations
  • Supporting the team with various tasks such as event planning, travel arrangements, arranging gifts, managing team subscriptions, dealing with I.T issues, running errands as needed & overseeing utilities and equipment (mobile phones, IT, office equipment).
  • Office and administrative duties, including incoming/outgoing post and deliveries, answering incoming calls, and directing as required, and research.
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Assistance with ad-hoc event management
  • Ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties as required

We are looking for:

  • Excellent grasp of the English language
  • Degree Calibre
  • Competent with technology suite including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, CRM, Zoom/Teams (familiarity with Mac advantageous)

Salary: up to £30K DOE

Location: London Office

Holiday: 25 days + BH

Hours: Full Time (Mon – Fri) 9am to 6pm
