As the Office Assistant, your duties will include, however, not be limited to;
- Processing orders received by email, phone or in person
- Taking payment for any proforma account orders
- Handling queries by phone, e-mail, and other channels relating to availability of products and prices
- Maintaining a relationship with existing customers and process customer data in the ERP system
- Uploading delivery information to courier systems and where required, call to book in specific times for pallet deliveries
- Answer calls on the mainline and deal with queries as required
The Successful Applicant will:
- Have held a similar position previously with strong sales or administrative experience
- Be confident working at high volumes
- Have previous experience using CRM systems
- Someone that has previous experience of Import/export admin would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Product and system training will be given to the successful candidate.
