Job description
We are looking for a high-energy and excellent customer service receptionist at our automotive repair facility.
We are a mechanic shop and body shop facility near in the Greater Heights area. Our hours are Mon- Friday 8am-6 pm and Saturdays 8 am-2 pm. An automotive background or automotive previous work experience is a must!
Job Description:
-Answer all calls in a professional tone and screen when necessary
-Basic Administration
-Create Repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle
-Assisting with any & all Customer Service situations. Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy
-Greet customers and enter customer information into our system
-Customer Follow up & Updates
-Assist in the Accounts Payable
-Support the staff
-Scan Documents
-Follow up on A/R
-Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable
-Filing We will train but these skills are a plus:
* Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry
* Excellent communication- verbal, written, and listening
* People-oriented
* Detail-oriented
* Organizational skills
* Self-motivated
* Microsoft Word & Excel Training
* Social Media Savvy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
