The Finance Directorate at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Office Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide professional administrative support to the Procurement Office working with colleagues collaboratively in a positive way to complete assigned tasks.

Your application should clearly demonstrate that you have:
- A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent).
- A minimum of one years’ (demonstrable) relevant work experience in an administrative environment to include evidence of the following:
- Experience of data management and data input to systems.
- Experience of general administration tasks including dealing with email and internet in the workplace according to corporate guidelines and producing general correspondence.
- Experience in office software packages, including MS Office.

This is a fixed term contact for 12 months. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
