General Admin Assistant
We are looking for a pro-active person to join our small, friendly team, in a general admin & HR role.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of tasks with a varying workload. You will need the ability to multitask, be exceptionally organised, thorough and pay attention to detail. Qualifications in HR are not required, but an interest in the role may be beneficial.

· Phones & emails
· Quotations & invoices
· Liaising with our external HR consultant
· Assisting with the end-to-end management of the colleague life cycle
· Recruitment support for the Contracts Director
· General office requirements
Experience
General Admin: 5 years (required)
Location
The role is based at the Jones and Woolman UK head office in Bloxwich, Walsall.
Hours
40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
