The Package - What you could earn:
- Basic salary up to £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
- 5 days a week around normal working hours (08:30 – 17:30).
- Flexible working time can be discussed with management.
- For certain periods, flexible working will be required due to seasonal peaks.

Office Assistant - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the key account retailers in the International portfolio.
- Work closely with the sales director on presentations to licensor and/or retailers.
- Ensure all costing is accurate once orders are placed.
- Work with the customers and product team on design concepts.
- Work with the licensors on approvals of designs.
- Manage all samples required to licensors and retailers.
- Assist in creating cost sheets and purchase orders through internal system.
- Manage customer orders/portals.
- Manage and maintain an internal critical path.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery summaries.
- Work directly with suppliers through the production process and feedback information to the Sales Director and retailer.
- Ensure the smooth handover and delivery of goods from supplier to retailer.
- Work with retailers and the sales director on and help execute marketing initiatives.
- Work with finance to ensure all invoicing is accurate.
- Work closely with the retailer on sell through reports and reorder opportunities ensuring the Sales Director is informed.
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent graduates very welcome
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work within a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Self-motivated
