Job description
We want to hire an office Assistant who has the knowledge and experience to efficiently handle administrative work as well as excellent client care skills, and is able to work as a team player. This position requires organisation, attention to detail in handling all types of paperwork and documents. He or she is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and working in an organized manner, while communicating with clients and providing an excellent level of customer service.
You'll assist with health and safety, supplies control (stationery, refreshments and supplies for the bathrooms), general office tidiness and the maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, faxes, alarms etc). You'll also be expected to: Help screen incoming calls.
