We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our busy team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing, data entry, answering phones, booking in jobs, point of contact for customers and assisting the finance department. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excel knowledge is essential.
Google drive, Quickbooks and PoweredNow experience is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Booking in jobs for operatives in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer care.
- Assisting with sales invoices.
- Organise and maintain files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Daily updates to the Managing Director
- Assisting the Finance Manager
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
