Job description
As a Retail Store Associate of the high fashion European Pilot Store of Onitsuka Tiger in London Regent Street, you’ll be part of the team that brings the brand and the store results to a higher level. As a salesperson, you are the client specialist. You will also be part of monthly fashion and influencer events in the store and our Onitsuka Tiger gallery and work in a team of 27 unique talents.

- Delivering a memorable retail experience to store visitors
- Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
- Help on a daily basis to have great sales results, happy customers and a store to be proud of
- Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store, both footwear and fashion apparel
- Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Following the operational procedures in the store and in the stock room
- Keeping up to date with current fashion trends and the brand's place within the market

You offer Onitsuka Tiger:
- Knowledge and experience as a retail sales associate, you understand the retail business
- Certificate of secondary or higher education level 3+: GCSE or BTEC level
- Excellent English speaking in words and writing
- Living in London, with a maximum of 45 minutes travel to Regent Street
- You are flexible and preferably able to work in weekends and/or evenings when necessary during opening hours.
- You love interacting with, and advising of, customers
- You set a great example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
- You have a positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
- A self-starter with respect for your colleagues
- You are passionate about Onitsuka Tiger, fashion, and retail in general
