Job description

Either Part Time or Permanent Office Assistant/Book Keeper required.

Between 20 to 35 hours per week (4 to 7 hours per day) paying £10.89 per hour
(paid weekly). Flexible hours available.

In depth knowledge of Sage Accounting Software mandatory.

Duties:
General Office/Paper Work Duties
Sage Accounts
Invoicing and Payments
Answering phone calls
Creating Labels for Parcel Delivery
Health and Safety Compliance

Most of our business is eBay based so basic knowledge of the eBay system is helpful but basic training can be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 35 per week

Salary: £10.89 per hour
