We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and help with day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and transferring calls, managing the office calendar, and providing general clerical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organise files, documents, and other materials.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
