Reporting to Office Administrator

Job Summary

To provide administrative support for the office as well as assisting the Trafalgar teams as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help ensure the smooth running of the 4th floor, and 8th floor when required.

  • Be the first point of contact on 4th Floor for all enquiries via telephone, email or in person, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with appropriately and passed on to the correct person.

  • Organise the meeting rooms, hot desks, stationery, and refreshments on the floor.

  • Assist with travel and accommodation requirements as required.

  • Order cars, taxis, and couriers, as well as making deliveries by hand, as required.

  • General administration and research assistance, as required, and fulfilling any other task as reasonably delegated by the line manager or senior members of staff.

  • Ensure that office filing systems are kept up to date and organised.

  • Deliver, collect, and distribute external and internal post.

  • Prepare paperwork for members of staff and meetings.

  • Minute meetings as required and ensure that minutes are both accurate and distributed promptly.

  • Adhere to TE’s confidentiality policy at all times.
