This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global private aviation company as an Office and Facilities Manager. This aviation company is looking for someone who is proactive and independent with more than three years’ of experience within a facilities role. The successful candidate must not be on more than one week’s notice.

Office and Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Acting as an ambassador for the company and being the main point of contact for building related contractors
- Maintaining an immaculate office consistent with their exacting standards, and ensuring each employee has a safe, comfortable and productive environment to work in
- Overseeing compliance of the hard and soft services, including but not limited to AC repairs/replacement, PPM (planned preventative maintenance), general maintenance and cleaning contracts
- Tendering out office contracts, choosing the supplier, negotiating the terms and the ongoing management of the contracts
- Liaising with building management and being their main point of contact
- Providing an annual office budget, and keeping track of expenditure related to the office
- Drawing floor plans on Microsoft Visio for all new office spaces, keep the plans up to date following any furniture or construction changes in the building
- Ensuring the office is compliant with all local health and safety policies, procedures and documentation, undertaking an annual risk assessment and implementing any recommended changes
- Being available out of office hours for office related emergencies
- Being responsible for office security systems
Office and Facilities Manager Essentials:
- 3+ years working in an office environment, ideally in a facilities
- Ability to work at a fast pace, sometimes under pressure, in order to manage a challenging workload for demanding clients
- Demonstratable prior experience and the ability to work independently
- Strong written and spoken English is essential
- No more than one week’s notice period in current role
