Part-time Office Administrator
- £10.50 - £12.00 / hour (DOE)
- Part-Time - 20 hours per week (option for Full-Time or Job Share)
- Flexible Schedule (Example 10.00 to 14.00 (Mon-Fri))
- Office-based position (Mansfield, NG21 0HJ)
- On-site parking available
- Easy access via public transport, with plenty of local amenities available - including on-site nursery facilities (external provider). Accessible from Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Newark, Worksop, Lincoln, Retford - and surrounding areas.
What you can expect day-to-day in this job role:
- Using internal IT systems
- Corresponding with clients and suppliers
- Researching
- Answering the phone
- Proofreading and copy editing
- Supporting with client onboarding
- Inputting data and managing spreadsheets
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating calendars
- Setting schedules
- Entering data into a computer
- Greeting visitors
- Responding to emails
- Preparing documents
- Coordinating project deliverables with clients
- Performing light bookkeeping
- Drafting presentations, documents, and billing invoices
To be considered you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an office administration role
- Be super organised
- Have a good work ethic
- Have strong IT skills
- Be a quick learner of new systems and software
- Be a quick and accurate typer
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be approachable and have a friendly and positive attitude!
