Title – Office Administrator
Hours – 20-37.5 per week
Salary – Dependant on Experience
Immediate Start Available
We currently have a part time/full time vacancy for a friendly, reliable person with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is essential, must have I.T experience and an ability to use initiative.
Applicants must have a friendly and professional telephone manner.
The ideal candidate would have a background in Administration/Estate Agency or Customer Service and would work well on their own or as part of a small team.
Drivers licence preferred but not essential.
Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to)
* Telephone Answering * Registering Applicants * Generating and Booking Viewings and Valuations * Maintaining the Window Display * Maintaining and Updating our Social Media * Production of Property Particulars * Keeping the Office Tidy and Well Presented * Diary Management * Actioning and Dealing with Emails Accordingly * Scanning Documents, Filing and Photocopying * Conducting Viewings *
