The company are a property consultancy and have offices throughout the UK, they are looking for a Administrator to join their thriving team. The role will be based out of their West End – London office. The company have an excellent reputation as an employer and have won awards in the past for being a fantastic company to work for. They provide support with financial, mental, physical and social wellbeing, giving their staff a wide range of resources. They are a very friendly company that are incredibly successful in the sectors that they work in and have some major long-standing clients in those sectors.
The Role
The overall purpose of the job is to help manage the administration that the teams in the West End London office process. This is an opportunity for a very well organised, experienced administrator to make a real impact – to make teams operate more effectively, free up managers time to focus on other business priorities and help make our processes more streamlined. The main responsibilities will include Compiling regular reports and distributing to correct individuals, Processing benefits for payroll and with suppliers, Checking invoices against budget, Room booking and meeting coordination for HR Director and Financial Controller, among other administrative duties
About You
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced administrator who has worked in either a finance or HR team before, you will have excellent attention to detail. Previous work with payroll or financial data would be advantageous, you must also be personable and approachable.
