Job title: Office Administrator

Job location: Pimlico & Westminster (31 Belgrave Road, London SW1V 1RB)

Starting: ASAP

Salary: £26-32k dependent upon experience (salaries are reviewed during annual appraisals and dependent on performance)

The role includes:

  • Facilitating the smooth running of the office
  • Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
  • Writing property descriptions
  • Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients and buyers in line with HMRC guidelines
  • Ensuring all lettings properties have the relevant compliance certificates and money laundering regulation checks in place prior to tenancy commencement
  • Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual letters and other formal business letters
  • Recording all financial outgoings of the office via petty cash spreadsheets and liaising with the accounting team on a monthly basis
  • General office administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and structured approach to work
  • Candidates must have a consistent CV, be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software and have a high level of administrative ability in property
  • A polished telephone manner and impeccable written skills are a must – CVs with typos will not be considered so exemplary grammar is a must
  • We need to find someone with charisma, confidence, and approachability
  • We need an excellent team-player
  • Estate agency admin experience is desired for these roles and candidates should note that references are thoroughly checked during the hiring process.

Candidates interested in applying for the role must have consistent administrative work experience with solid continuity / limited job changes within the past 3 years. Our Battersea site also has an on-site gym which is free to use for all of our franchise’s employees.

Hours: 08.45 - 18.00 Monday to Thursday

08.45 – 17.00 every Friday

Holiday: 20 days, plus birthday, bank holidays and days between Christmas off (+1 day extra allowance for every year with the company, kicks in after a minimum of 2 years and capped at 5 extra days on top of 20 day allowance)
