Full-time (35 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and organised Executive Administrator to provide excellent day-to-day administrative support within our busy Provost’s Office team.
The Opportunity:
The Executive Administrator is a key member of the Provost’s Office team, providing high quality, professional administrative support to the Provost, the University’s Chief Academic Officer. You will concentrate on management of the Provost’s diary, contribute to the organisation of events, and provide general administrative support to the wider team.
This is a rare opportunity to develop your career in a small, friendly team supporting one of the University’s senior leaders.
This post is based in the University’s central area, currently at Charles Stewart House, and at Old College from early in 2024.

- A professional, proactive, customer-focussed and helpful approach
- Able to work flexibly, effectively and cooperatively with others
- Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.
- Experience of dealing with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders confidently and tactfully, working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
- Good written and oral communication skills
