Tracks Publishing is an independant publisher of greetings cards which we sell to Trade. Our greeting cards are stocked across the UK and over 20 countries worldwide.
We have an exciting position available for a friendly, intelligent and organised individual to join our small team in Peterborough. The role entails general office admin, sales order processing and customer service.
Position particulars are below
- Processing new orders
- Liaising with sales agents on the road
- Responding to customer email and telephone enquiries
- Meeting deadlines
- Completing customer required spreadsheets.
- Answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries
- Working closely with other departments within the business
Experience in order processing and working in an office is essential, knowledge of excel and in-house systems such as Sage 200 is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
