The Opportunity
This role is exciting, fast paced and covers various elements of the operations in the business. This is a great opportunity to work with key stakeholders and lead on project work such as an up-and-coming office move.
The Office Administrator will manage and supervise a team of Administration Assistants, to ensure the delivery of a proactive, professional and high-quality support service to lawyers and support staff across the Manchester and Liverpool offices.

The successful candidate will be reliable and thrive in a busy working environment. We are looking for someone who is organised and has a pro-active way of working.
The ability to effectively communicate and build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the firm is key to this role.
As the right candidate, you will have experience of managing a small team and proven experience of managing projects would be highly advantageous.
Finally, candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of health & safety and any associated procedural requirements.
