Sheldon Bosley Knight are a Firm of Land and Property Professionals. Over the last five years, the business has grown and developed to over 120 staff and consultants based in 14 offices.
Sheldon Bosley Knight is currently celebrating its 180th Anniversary! 180 years of providing first class service to our customers and clients.
During 2022 Sheldon Bosley Knight acquired the well-established Hawkins brand in Nuneaton and Bedworth, Sellicks Lettings in Leicester, Fox Country Lettings & Bradgates Lettings in Leicestershire, all well recognised brands in their areas. So far this year, Sheldon Bosley Knight has acquired Robin Jones & Croft of Coventry.
With roots dating back for 180 years, the business has extensive local knowledge, and the company has strong relationships with many local professional advisors and plays a pivotal role in the communities that it serves.
As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.
Summary
This role will be responsible for ensuring our offices and employees are equipped to operate effectively at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Day to day management of office premises
- Management of company cars
- Office equipment contract management
- Rolling programme of office maintenance and supervision of cleaning contracts
- Stationery and consumables
- Office refurbishments and ad hoc improvement projects
- Re-branding of offices following acquisitions
- Employee requirements such as parking permits, business cards, equipment etc
- Distribution of marketing collateral
- Relationship management of our outsourced IT supplier internally sourced equipment
- Management of IT equipment
- Distribution of IT equipment to new starters, and ensuring employees have access to all appropriate systems.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally
- Strong systems experience
- Highly organised/Able to work on own and use own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good negotiator
- A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
