Job description
We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Portadown. The post holder will partner with the client businesses and lead implementation of business aligned people strategies designed to transform and progress workforce capability, productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans and drive the development of a business aligned transformational people strategy;
- Provide leadership, motivation, coaching and coordination across the client leadership team, helping build a high-performance team and an engaged workforce;
- Create clarity of purpose and deliverables with measures and on-going performance evaluation; and help make the business case for financial resources related to the improvement of workforce capability;
- Apply appropriate change management tools and techniques to bring about effective organisational and cultural change across the business;
- Work to coordinate the identification and nurturing of talent and succession plans across the business;
- Develop appropriate reward and retention strategies, and create accurate short term and long-term workforce plans;
- Participate in the selection process at an appropriate level.
- Ensure full Life Cycle Management of employee experience.

Requirements
- Significant experience gained in HR role(s) of relevant seniority, within manufacturing/engineering/production environments.
- Demonstrable Financial and Business acumen
- Experience of Business Partnering work / transformative projects
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and its application within the workplace
- Strategy and change management experience, to include project management and coaching skills
- Strong Presentation and Communications skills and use of typical Microsoft Business Tools
Desirable:
- Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- Third level HR/Business related degree,
- CIPD, or Post-Grad qualification in a related field
- Significant experience in leading Learning and Development deployment / management across a whole business
