Stepping Stones Care are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Central Team, based at our Head Office Birmingham on a Full-Time Basis.

About the Role

Reporting into the Operational Directors, your role will include:

  • Managing the editing, organisation and storage of documents on the company cloud
  • Managing diaries, arrange meetings, room bookings and calls
  • Minute taking for a variety of meetings
  • Basic HR related Admin activities such as letter writing, minute taking
  • Basic Finance related Admin activities such as reconciliation, receipt management
  • Support the HR and Recruitment functions
  • Support the Learning and Development department
  • Support Directors with ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Assisting with research, collation and presentation on a variety of topics
  • Regular communication with Directors, Managers, Staff, and external Stakeholders / Partners
  • Updating Company directories and trackers
  • Multitude of Administrative tasks – data-entry, email, letters, filing, ordering, bookings, etc
  • Organising team events

What we are looking for

We are looking for a creative, hard-working candidate who has experience in an office environment as an Administrator.

You will need an:

  • High level of computer proficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 Suite – advanced excel knowledge
  • Adaptability to learn how to effectively use web-based applications
  • Ability to touch type at 90wpm or more
  • Ability to communicate and manage time efficiently are crucial to success in this role
  • Ability to multi-task
