SLR currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide support to, and assist in, the wider business support team covering the European region.
You will be joining the busy multi-disciplinary office based in Bristol, providing support to a diverse range of Environmental Consultants working in areas such as Geotechnical Engineering, Air Quality, Geology, Process Engineering & Process Safety, Civil Engineering, EMPC, Land Quality and Remediation, Landscape Architecture, Acoustics & Vibration, Planning, Transport Planning and more.

The role
Working as part of a wider team of business support/administrative professionals across the company, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the technical and shared services staff within the office and the wider community and to support the Office manager in facilitating the effective and efficient management of the office environment on a day to day basis.

The role

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support office managers and business support manager
- Provide a front of house service with respect to welcoming visitors and guests to the office
- Assist with arranging meetings, travel, accommodation, car hire and other bookings
- Reformat reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence as well as scanning, copying, proof reading and issue of reports and other documents for the European client facing team members
- Organise and maintain files and databases along with filing and archiving/retrieving project documents
- Assist with reception cover, taking phone calls, purchase orders, invoices (for all European offices), car hire and arranging couriers, welcoming visitors, providing refreshments and other duties as required
