The senior care worker position is specifically for our short call domiciliary service which is being developed in the Leicester area. Therefore the position can be moulded and adapted to the ever changing needs and requirements of the clients, and the role be developed by the right candidate. This offers a natural progression of a senior carer looking for their next role with additional responsibilities where they will have the opportunity to help create the role, the processes and procedures, and impact the development of the short call business.
Initially this will involve attending to care calls, assisting the Service and Registered Managers with care assessments and enquiries, recruiting and training new staff members, and then once a certain amount of short call hours are being maintained, the role will naturally develop into a managerial role, keeping close oversight of the short call service.

Salary: £22,494.00-£23,431.00 per year
