Office Administrator – Warwick

Working within the Business Service team supporting the requirements of the business such as HR, Finance, Operations and leadership team.

Location: - Warwick

Salary: - £26,000 basic (5 days a week office based)

Role:.The Resolute Group is working with a key client that requires additional Administration support due to the planned growth it has been having over the last 2 years. Working as part of the Business Services teams, your role will be varied and more of a support function within the business. Undergoing various tasks, which could include:

  • Updating Social media
  • Help create the internal communications/news letters
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Co-ordination of the employees each week (Home based, Client based, Office based)
  • Controlling the Manager’s diaries for meetings / reviews
  • Using power point to support with presentation creation.

This role is varied, no two days will be the same as tends to be the case working for growing SME that is expanding each year. Having the ability to act on your own initiative is key as you are there to support and add value to the team. Being micromanaged doesn’t exist in this company so being able to take an accurate brief and able to act upon it is vital to free up time for the leadership team.

You will have plenty of support around you as you will be based in the office 5 days a week working with HR, Finance, Marketing and the management team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualification – A Levels / HNC / HND / Degree
  • Full driving licence as you will be required on occasion to travel to meeting’s and conferences
  • Excellent IT skills including full Microsoft packages and Social Media platforms.

You must be living within a commutable distance to the office and authorised to work in the UK to apply for this position.
